When you book a table via the website, phone, or reservation widget, we process: name, e-mail address, phone number, reservation date/time, party size, and any note you provide (e.g. dietary needs, occasion).
Purpose: recording and fulfilling the reservation, communicating with you (confirmation, reminder, changes).
Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — the reservation itself is the intent to contract.
Retention: 1 year after the reservation date, unless a longer period is required by accounting/tax law, or you also hold a Le Bistro Club membership.
Strictly necessary cookies are always used for the site to function. Statistics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are loaded only with your explicit consent, via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Without consent, these scripts do not run.

Reservations can be made via the online booking widget, by phone, or by e-mail. A reservation is considered final once confirmed by our system or staff.
Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked time, by phone or via the contact details in your confirmation e-mail.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may release your table to other guests. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings.
